Ingredients

  • Meat* (tenderloin) – 500 g
  • Onion – 2 pcs
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Flour – 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil
  • Spices: thyme, tarragon, rosemary, bay leave
  • Salt and pepper

Cut meat into thin slices, bounce lightly and put in the multicooker bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients including spices, season with salt and pepper, and stir well. Select the “Fry” program and set the cooking time to 15-20 minutes. Then, turn the meat slices on the other side and fry for another 10-15 minutes.

Select the “Multicooker” program, adjust the temperature to 130-140 °C and let it cook until the end of the program. Then, turn the meat slices on the other side and fry for another 10-15 minutes.

By pressing the “Product” button go to the “Meat” section, adjust the temperature to 130°С, set the cooking time to 30 minutes and fry on both sides.
