+ Can it cook without oil?

Yes, RECKE MultiCookers can cook with no oil. But you may still ad some for flavor! All RECKE MC have non-stick ceramic coated bowls. The bowl surface is so smooth, that food never sticks. The ceramic coating helps to retain all nutritions and vitamins while cooking

+ Can it grill?

MultiCooker can’t grill, but it fries with no oil and it can roast, which are healthy alternatives of grilling

+ Why MEAT program is 6 hours in MC 150?

(MC-150) Its for slow cook purposes ( by default it comes 99 C and 6 hours) Basically you can consider this as a SLOW COOK option for more healthy food. The TIME can be set in the range 2-8 hours.
TIP – if you want to cook the meat faster, you can choose MULTICOOKER program and set temp higher ( 130-150C) or select other automatic programs like FRY or STEW

+ Are there any accessories?

RECKE MultiCookers come with silicon ladle, thermo-resistant spoon, steaming rack and stainless steel frying basket.
Extra accessories (frying basket, bowl and yogurt containers) are available on our website upon request with free delivery in UAE (myrecke.com/support). Bowl – 100 AED, Yogurt container – 45 AED, Frying basket – 45 AED, Steaming rack – 45 AED (Cash-on-Delivery).

+ Difference between Multicooker and AirFryer?

Multicooker and airfryer are different types of cooking appliances.
Airfryer (also known as Airgrill) can only fry or bake, while RECKE MultiCooker fries, boils, stews, steams, slowcooks, bakes and even prepare yogurt or dough. Food cooked in airfryer are usually dry, when food cooked in MultiCooker retains all nutrients and vitamins, meat becomes juicy, cakes are baked perfectly.

+ Is there any warranty for the product?

1 year store warranty and rest 2 years are from RECKE. Register the product on RECKE website support page (myrecke.com/support) and get additional 2 years warranty from RECKE

+ What is power consumption level?

RECKE Multicookers are energy efficient up to 84% and thermo efficient. If compared to electric stove: MultiCooker consumes 0.9KW/h, when electric stove consumes 2.0-2.5KW/h.

+ How scheduled start (delayed start/timer) works? How to set it?

(MC-110) We can delay cooking process up to 24 hours. When we set the time (in hours and minutes) we schedule after how many hours/minutes cooker should start cooking
(MC-150, MC-X170) This function allows you to set the time, by which you would like to have ready meal (up to 24 hours). For example, it is 15:00 now and you would like to have your meal ready by 19:00. On this occasion, you will have to set the timer to 19:00.

+ Can I make crispy fries in it?

For golden and crispy fires you need to fry potatoes with open lid, and don’t mix frequently, then fries will be crispy outside and soft from inside. Fry in “batches” for best result, adding too many at a time will result bottom fries to be overcooked.
Also there is a small tip – soak French fries in very cold water for sometime, then pat dry potatoes with paper towels to remove water and fry!

+ What is the difference between automatic and manual programs?

Automatic cooking program is predefined program which lets the user cook different types of dishes by simply chosing the program by the name of the dish. Every cooking program is adapted to each type of food. The MultiCooker automatically sets required settings for cooking the food to perfect result. There is default temperature and cooking time for each program, if required can be changed manually.
Along with automatic programs RECKE MultiCookers have manual cooking program – PRO-fessional mode, this program lets you set desired cooking time in range of 2 min-15 hours and cooking temperature in range of 35ºC -180ºC

+ What is PRO+ function?

(MC-110, MC-150) Not available
(MC-X170) This is additional function to PRO-fessional mode, available in MC-X170, it lets the user to choose cooking product type – meat, fish, poultry, vegetables.

+ How many dishes can be cooked in multicooker at the same time?

Only one, unless you plan to boil and steam something, these 2 programs let you cook 2 items at a time (boil & steam) thanks to steaming rack

+ What is ceramic and why it is good?

All inner bowls of RECKE MultiCookers are coated with high quality ceramic by Anato (Korea) and Greblon (Germany). Ceramic is a natural product made from clay, it has high durability and non-stick features, perfect even surface makes cooking easy and healhty by using less oil. Dish cooked in ceramic bowl retains all nutrients, its natural taste & flavor. Food never sticks. Ceramic can handle high temperatures upto 450ºC

+ What is 3D heating?

(MC-110) N/A
(MC-150) 3D heating means the cooker gets heated by heating elements from all sides: bottom (900W), sides (40W) and top (20W) of heating power.
(MC-170) N/A

+ What is auto heating?

Autoheating allows to keep cooked dish hot and fresh upto 24 hours. This mode turns on automatically after programs ends (except frying, yogurt, pasta cooking programs to prevent overcooking)

+ How to clean MultiCooker after use?

(MC-110, MC-150) It is easy, put slices of lime/lemon inside the bowl with water and chose Boil program and let MultiCooker to clean itself automatically. 10-15 minutes are enough. Then just rinse the bowl.
(MC-170) Even easier, put slices of lime/lemon inside the bowl with water touch “Sterilization” button. When finished, just rinse the bowl!

+ Can we clean MultiCooker bowl in dishwasher?

Yes, MultiCooker bowl is dishwasher friendly, you can clean it in your dishwasher.
