Cut the potatoes into dices. Pour oil into the multicooker bowl. Press the “Menu” button, select the “Fry” program and press the “Start” button. After the oil is heated in 3 minutes place the garlic, onion and fry until onion becomes brown (3-5 minutes) keeping the lid open. Put potato dices, sauté with the lid closed for 5-10 minutes. Then open the lid and mix, put the curry leaves, paprika powder, chili powder, salt and black/white pepper, sauté a little and cook for 5 minutes with closed lid. Then open the lid, mix, put the fresh coriander and half lemon juice, sauté 3 more minutes. Press the “Cancel” button when done.

Then open the lid, mix, put the fresh coriander and half lemon juice, sauté for 3 minutes more. Press and hold “Cancel” button.
