BAMIA WITH MEAT

Ingredients

  • Minced meat*(mutton) – 500 g
  • Baby ladyfinger (frozen) – 1 packet
  • Onion – 2 pcs
  • Garlic – 4-5 cloves
  • Tomato paste – 2 tbsp
  • Parsley – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Hale – 5 pcs
  • Cloves – 5 pcs
  • White vinegar – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Black pepper – ¾ tsp
  • Stock (beef/chicken) – 1 pc
  • Oil – ½  multi cup
  • Water  – 4-5 multi cups

Pour oil into the multicooker bowl. Press the “Menu” button, select the “Stew” program and press the “Start” button. Let the bowl heat (3 minutes), then put finely chopped onion, garlic, cloves, hale and ladyfingers, sauté a little and mix, close the lid. Meanwhile, prepare the meat, mix it with finely chopped garlic, parsley, and onion. Form cutlets and put them a side. After 7 minutes open the lid, put water (4 measuring cups), tomato paste, white vinegar, salt, black pepper and stock (chicken or beef), mix, and close the lid, cook for 10 minutes. As time passes, open the lid, mix, then put in cutlets and close the lid again. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Then, mix and cook 2 more minutes with the lid closed. Press the “Cancel” button to disable the program.

Put oil in the multicooker bowl, press “Menu” and select the “Multicooker” program. Adjust the temperature to 130°C, and adjust the cooking time to 1 hour. Then press “Start”. Let the bowl heat (3 minutes), put finely chopped onion, garlic, cloves, hale and ladyfingers, sauté a little and mix, close the lid. Meanwhile, prepare the meat, mix it with finely chopped garlic, parsley, and onion. Form cutlets and put them a side. After 15 minutes open the lid, put water (4-5 measuring cups), tomato paste, white vinegar, salt, black pepper and stock (chicken or beef), mix, and close the lid, cook for 15 minutes. As time passes, open the lid, mix, then put cutlets and close the lid again. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Mix and cook for 2 minutes more with closed lid. Press “Cancel” button.

Meanwhile, prepare the meat mix with finely chopped garlic, parsley and onion. Form cutlets and put them a side. After 15 minutes open the lid, put water (4-5 measuring cups), tomato paste, white vinegar, salt, black pepper and stock (chicken or beef), mix, and close the lid, cook for 15 minutes. As time passes, open the lid, mix, then put cutlets and close the lid again. Cook for 25 minutes. Mix and cook for 2 minutes more with closed lid. Press and hold “Cancel” button.
