ZUCCHINI FRITTATA

Ingredients

  • Zucchini – 250 g
  • Egg – 2 pcs
  • Baking powder – ¼ tsp
  • Flour – 3 tbsp
  • Black pepper – ½ tsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Chicken stock powder – 1 tsp
  • Oil – for deep frying

Directions

Grate zucchinis with a large grater and place in a sieve to drain excess juice.

Combine eggs, baking powder, flour, black pepper and beat well until they become foamy. Add chicken stock powder and fold in the grated zucchinis.

Pour oil into the multicooker bowl. Press the “Menu” button, select the “Fry” program and press the “Start” button. Let the bowl heat for 5 minutes. Pour in a spoonful of the mix, fry for about 3-5 minutes on one side, flip and fry for another 3-5 minutes until frittatas are cooked and the outside is crispy. Repeat and finish mixture.

Place frittatas on paper towels to remove excess oil.

Serve with a side of hot sauce.
