ASIAN VEGETABLES MIX

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower – 300 g
  • Broccoli – 300 g
  • Carrots – 400 g
  • Mushroom – 150 g
  • Snow peas – 100 g
  • Baby corn – 100 g
  • Green capsicum – ½ pc
  • Red capsicum – ½ pc
  • Yellow capsicum – ½ pc
  • Red onion – 1 pc
  • Garlic – 2-3 cloves
  • Salt – to taste
  • Black pepper – ¼ tsp
  • White pepper – ¼ tsp
  • Chicken stock powder – 1 tsp
  • Corn flour – 10 g
  • Water – 4 multi cups

Directions

Prepare and cut all the vegetables. Pour oil into the multicooker bowl. Press the “Menu” button and select the “Steam” program. Set the cooking time to 30 minutes and press the “Start” button.

Let the bowl heat for 3 minutes, put chopped onion and finely chopped garlic, sauté a little. Then add 3 measuring cups of water, salt, black pepper, white pepper and chicken stock to the multicooker bowl, mix, and place on top steaming container and put there vegetables. Then, close the lid. If you want half cooked vegetables – steam for 10 minutes, if you want well done vegetables – steam for 15-20 minutes. When vegetables are cooked, remove the steam container with vegetables. Separately mix 1 measuring cup of water with corn flour, add it to the multicooker bowl and cook for 4 minutes with the lid closed. Open the lid and add all the vegetables, mix. Press the “Cancel” button to stop the multicooker.

Prepare and cut all the vegetables. Put in the multicooker bowl oil, press “Menu” button, select the “Steam” program and press “Start” button. Let the bowl heat for 3-5 minutes, put chopped onion and finely chopped garlic, sauté a little. Then add 3 measuring cups of water, salt, black pepper, white pepper and chicken stock in multicooker bowl, mix, and place on top steaming container and put there vegetables, close the lid. If you want half cooked vegetables – steam for 8-12 minutes, if you want well done vegetables – steam for 15-20 minutes. When vegetables cooked, remove the steaming container with vegetables. Separately mix 1 measuring cup of water with corn flour, add it to sauce in multicooker bowl and cook for 3-5 minutes with closed lid. Open the lid and add all the vegetables, mix and its done. Press “Cancel” button to stop the multicooker.

Prepare all the vegetables, cut them as you like. Put oil in the multicooker bowl, select the “Steam” program. By pressing the “Product” button go to the “Vegetables” section. Press and hold “Start” button. Let the bowl heat for 3 minutes, put chopped onion and finely chopped garlic, sauté a little. Then add 3 measuring cups of water, salt, black pepper, white pepper and chicken stock, mix it and put on top steaming container and put there vegetables, close the lid. If you want half cooked vegetables – steam for 12 minutes, if you want well done vegetables – steam for 20 minutes. When vegetables cooked, remove the steaming container with vegetables. Separately mix 1 measuring cup of water with corn flour, add it to sauce in multicooker bowl and cook for 4 minutes with closed lid. Open the lid and add all the vegetable, mix and its done. Press and hold “Cancel” button.
