BEEF BURGER

Ingredients

Beef Patty

  • Beef mince – 500 g
  • Onion (chopped) – 100 g
  • Breadcrumbs – 2 tbsp
  • Flour
  • Egg – 2 pcs
  • Salt – To taste
  • Pepper – To taste
  • Meat seasoning – To taste
  • Oil – for deep frying
  • Burger Buns

Toppings

  • Cheddar cheese
  • Iceberg lettuce
  • Cucumber
  • Tomato

Sauce:

  • Ketchup
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mustard
  • BBQ Sauce

Directions

Beef patties:

In a bowl mix the onion, beef mince, eggs, flour, breadcrumbs, meat seasoning, salt and paper to taste. Make 180 g to 210 g.

Pour 1 or 2 litre of vegetable oil into the MC – bowl. Press the “Menu” button; select the “Fry” program. Let it heat the oil in 5 minutes. Fry patties 5-10 minutes on each side until golden brown.

To assemble:

When all patties are cook you can start cutting the burger buns and put your desired sauce, in the base and head of the burger buns next beef patty, slice cheddar Cheese and toppings.

Beef patties:

In a bowl mix the onion, beef mince, eggs, flour, breadcrumbs, meat seasoning, salt and pepper. Shape into patties of 180 g – 210 g each.

Pour oil into the multicooker bowl. Press the “Menu” button, select the “Fry” program. Let it heat for about 5 minutes. Fry patties 5-10 minutes on each side until golden brown.

To assemble:

Slice, open the bun and spread butter on both sides of the bun. Add the lettuce, tomato and cucumber. Place the beef patty, then put cheese (optional). To finish, close with the top of the burger bun.

In a bowl mix the onion, beef mince, eggs, flour, breadcrumbs, meat seasoning, salt and paper to taste. Shape into patties of 180 g-210 g each.

Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl. Press the “Menu” button and select the “Deep Fry” program. By pressing the “Product” button go to the “Meat “section. Let the bowl heat for 5 minutes. Fry patties 5-10 minutes on each side until golden brown.

To assemble:

Slice, open the bun and spread butter/sauce on both sides of the roll. Add the lettuce, tomato and cucumber. Place the beef patty, then put cheese (optional). To finish, close with the top of the burger bun.
