BEEF STIR FRY

Ingredients

  • Beef tenderized steak (sliced) – 500 g
  • Garlic – 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce – 6 tbsp
  • Fish sauce – 1 tsp
  • Stir-fried vegetables – 400 g
  • Meat spice, salt, black pepper – to taste
  • Oil – 30 ml

Pour oil into the multicooker bowl. Press the “Menu” button; select the “Fry” program. And set the cooking time to 30 minutes. By pressing “Time” button and adjust the “Minutes”. Heat the oil in 3 minutes put the meat, seasonings and garlic and fry for 5-10 minutes.  (Stir frequently.) Then add vegetables, soy and fish sauce. Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes. After that, open the lid and cook until the end of the program.

Pour oil into the multicooker bowl. Press the “Menu” button, select the “Fry” program and set the cooking time to 30 minutes. Once the bowl is heated (in 2 minutes) put in meat, seasonings and garlic and fry for 10 minutes with the lid closed.  Then add vegetables, soy and fish sauce. Close the lid and cook for another 5 minutes. After that, open the lid and cook until the end of the program.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.

Pour oil into the multicooker bowl. Press the “Menu” button and select the “Fry” program. By pressing the “Product” button go to the “Meat” section. Set the cooking time to 30 minutes. Let the bowl heat for 3 minutes. Then put in the meat, seasonings and garlic and fry for 5-10 minutes while stirring occasionally. Then add vegetable mix, soy and fish sauce. Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes. After that, open the lid and cook until the end of the program.
