BEEF STROGANOFF

Ingredients

  • Beef strips – 500 g
  • Green pepper (sliced) – 100 g
  • Onion (chopped) – 100 g
  • Mushrooms (sliced) – 250 g
  • Garlic – 1 tsp
  • Meat seasoning – to taste
  • Cream – 250 ml
  • Beef stock – 1 pc cube
  • Oil – 30 ml

Directions

Press the “Menu” button; select the “Fry” program. And set the cooking time to 30 minutes. By pressing “Time” button and adjust the “Minutes”. Pour oil into the MC – bowl and let it heat the oil for 3 minutes, Sautee green pepper, onion, mushrooms, and garlic. For 5 minutes. Then add beef strips, beef stock and seasoning. Cook for 15-20 minutes with the lid closed. (Every 5 minutes stir it) Pour in the cream and wait until it boils and mix it. After that let it cooks until the end of the program.

Press the “Menu” button, select the “Fry” program and set the cooking time to 30 minutes. Pour oil into the multicooker bowl and sautee green pepper, onion, mushrooms, garlic & white wine for 5 minutes. Then add beef strips, beef stock and seasoning. Cook for 20 minutes with the lid closed. Pour in the cream and wait until it boils. After that, add mazina and let it cook until the end of the program.

Press the “Menu” button and select the “Fry” program. By pressing the “Product” button go to the “Meat” section. Set the cooking time to 30 minutes. Pour oil into the multicooker bowl and let it heat for 3 minutes. Sautee green bell pepper, onion, mushrooms and garlic for 5 minutes. Then add beef strips, beef stock and seasoning. Cook for 15-20 minutes with the lid closed. (Stir every 5 minutes). Then pour in the cream and wait until it boils and mix it. After that, let it cook until the end of the program.
