BUTTERNUT SOUP

Ingredients

  • Butternut – 1 kg (peeled, deseeded and cubed)
  • Margarine – 30 g
  • Onion (finely chopped)  – 2 pcs
  • Crushed garlic – ½ tsp
  • Vegetable stock  – 1 ½ cubes
  • Water   – 1500 ml
  • Cinnamon  – 1 g
  • Cream   – 1 tbsp
  • Salt, black pepper – to taste
  • Curry powder   -1 tsp

Directions

Put all the ingredients in the MC – bowl. Press the “Menu” button, select the “Soup” program and set the cooking time to 1 hour. Let it cook until the end of the program. After that, take a separate bowl and blend the soup until the smooth consistency is reached.

Serve with cream or sour cream on the top of the soup.

Put all the ingredients in the multicooker bowl. Press the “Menu” button, select the “Soup” program and set the cooking time to 1 hour. Let it cook until the end of the program. After that, take a separate bowl and blend the soup until the smooth consistency is reached.

Serve with cream or sour cream.

Put all the ingredients into the multicooker bowl. Press the “Menu” button, select the “Soup” program and set the cooking time to 1 hour. Let it cook until the end of the program. After that, blend the soup in a separate bowl until the smooth consistency is reached.
