CHICKEN CURRY (AFRICAN STYLE)

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast – 500 g
  • Mixed bell peppers (sliced) – 200 g
  • Onion (chop) – 1 pc
  • Crushed garlic – 1 tsp
  • Curry powder – 2 tbsp
  • Coconut cream – 1 can
  • Salt, pepper – To taste
  • Oil – 30ml

Press the “Menu” button, select the “Stew” program and set the cooking time to 45 minutes. By pressing “Time” button and adjust the “Minutes”. Once the oil is hot (in 3 minutes), put in mixed peppers and onion. Add curry powder, garlic, salt and pepper. Then add chicken breast and mix it for 5 minutes. Close the lid let it cook until the chicken is tender in 20 minutes (stir frequently) and pour in coconut milk. Let it simmer until the time finish.

Press the “Menu” button, select the “Fry” program and set the cooking time to 20 minutes. Once the bowl is heated (in 2 minutes), put in mixed peppers and onion. Add curry powder, garlic, salt and pepper. Then add chicken breast and let it cook until the end of the program. After that, pour in coconut cream/milk. Press the “Menu” button, select the “Porridge” program and set the cooking time to 30 minutes.

Press the “Menu” button and select the “Stew” program. By pressing the “Product” button go to the “Poultry “section. Set the cooking time to 45 minutes. Once the oil is hot (in 3 minutes), put in mixed bell peppers and onion. Add curry powder, garlic, salt and pepper. Then add chicken breast and mix it for 5 minutes. Close the lid and cook for 20 minutes (or until the chicken is tender) while stirring occasionally. Then pour in coconut milk and let it cook until the end of the program.
