AVOCADO RITZ

Ingredients

  • Frozen shrimps (small or medium sized) – 500 g
  • Avocado – 2 pcs
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce – 2 tsp
  • Lettuce – 1 bunch
  • Butter – 1 tsp
  • Mixed herbs – 5 g
  • Salt, black pepper – to taste

Directions

Put 1 Litre water into the MultiCooker bowl. Put frozen shrimps into the bowl. Press the “Menu” button; select the “Fry” program. Let it cook in 8-10 minutes. Remove the shrimps, put them into the strainer. Clean and dry the bowl. Put the butter, and fry the shrimps for about 5 minutes. When ready, press the  button and let the shrimps to cool down completely.

In a separate bowl mix mayonnaise, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and mixed herbs. Add the shrimps to the mayonnaise mixture and mix well. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pip. Layer the shrimps over avocado halves and serve immediately.

Put lettuce as a garnish or additional.

Pour 1 L of water into the multicooker bowl. Put frozen shrimps into the bowl. Press the “Menu” button and select the “Fry” program. Let it cook for 8-10 minutes. Remove the shrimps, put them into the strainer. Clean and dry the bowl.

Put a piece of butter into the multicooker bowl and fry the shrimps for about 5 minutes. When ready, press the “Cancel” button and let the shrimps to cool down completely.

In a separate bowl mix mayonnaise, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and mixed herbs. Add the shrimps to the mayonnaise mixture and mix well. Cut avocado in half and remove the pip. Layer the shrimps over avocado halves and serve immediately.

Garnish with lettuce.

Set the cooking time to 10 minutes. Let it cook until the end of the program. Remove the shrimps, put them into the strainer. Clean and dry the bowl.

Put a piece of butter into the multicooker bowl.  Select the “Fry” program. By pressing the “Product” button go to the “Fish “section. Fry the shrimps for about 5 minutes. When ready, press the “Cancel” button and let the shrimps to cool down completely.
