Hotdog, mortadella (large Italian hotdog) or Vienna Sausage
In a separate bowl combine minced chicken, carrot, bell pepper, onion, pickle, raisin, flour, eggs, plus your optional ingredients (if you have). Mix everything well. Season with salt. Continue mixing until fully incorporated.
NOTE: If you are adding more extenders, you have to adjust also the amount of seasoning. To check the taste, get 2-tablespoons of your embutido mixture and fry, taste it and put more seasoning if necessary.
Cut a square aluminum foil and put ½ of mixed ingredients into the middle portion of the foil. Roll mixture with the foil while securing sides properly and form into a log. Pour water into the multicooker bowl (3-4 measuring cups), attach steam container to the bowl. Put rolls in the steam container. Press the “Menu” button, select the “Steam” program and press the “Start” button. Steam rolls for 40 minutes. After cooking leave the rolls for 5-10 minutes in the multicooker. Then, let your embutido cool down and serve with your favorite ketchup.

Serve with your favorite ketchup.
Embutido can be served in many ways:
Select “Fry” program, by pressing the “Product” button go to “Poultry” section. Remove the foil and fry the roll log until it turns slightly brown (approximately for 5-8 minutes from each side) adding little oil. Slice and serve.
Refrigerate the embutido for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.
