HOT DOG (BOEREWORS ROL)

Ingredients

  • Beef sausage – 1 pc
  • Vegetable oil – 10 ml
  • Tomato sauce & mustard (traditional)
  • Hot dog buns

Directions

Press the “Menu” button; select the “Fry” program. and set the cooking time to 20 minutes. By pressing “Time” button and adjust the “Minutes”. Pour vegetable oil into the MC – bowl. Close the lid, wait for 4 minutes.  Once the oil is heated, put in the sausage and fry on both sides for about 8 minutes until golden brown.

After cooking the hot dog, cut into half the buns and put the hot dog inside, you can put sauce as your choice and toppings.

Can also be served with salad or caramelised onion.

Press the “Menu” button, select the “Fry” program and set the cooking time to 20 minutes. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl. Close the lid, wait for 4 minutes.  Once the oil is heated, put in the sausage and fry on both sides for about 8 minutes until golden brown.

Can also be served with salad or caramelised onion.

Press the “Menu” button and select the “Fry” program. By pressing the “Product” button go to the “Meat” section.  Set the cooking time to 20 minutes. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl. Close the lid, wait for 4 minutes.  Once the oil is heated, put in the sausage and fry for about 8 minutes on both sides until golden brown.

Serve the hot dog with any combination of mustard, ketchup, salad or caramelised onion.
