LAMB RIBS

Ingredients

  • Lamb ribs – 2 kg
  • Onion – 1 pc
  • Carrot – 1 pc
  • Ginger – 1 pc
  • Grape vinegar (9%) – 2-3 tbsp
  • Water (for vinegar) – 1/3 multi cup
  • Spices (thyme, cilantro spring, parsley, dry mint, rosemary spring, salt)
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp

Rinse the lamb ribs and separate from each other. Cut the carrot into rings and dice the onion. Finely chop the greens and the ginger root. Mix vinegar with water. Pour the mixture into a separate deep bowl, add the chopped greens, vegetables, spices, and stir. Put the ribs in the resulting marinade and leave overnight in refrigerator. Pour vegetable oil in the multicooker bowl and put lamb ribs. Close the lid. By pressing the “Menu” button, select the “Stew” program and set the cooking time to 2 hours. Leave until the end of the program.

Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and put the lamb ribs. Close the lid. Press the “Menu” button and select the “Stew” program. By pressing the “Product” button go to the “Meat” section, adjust the temperature to 100°С and set the cooking time to 1 hour 40 minutes. Leave until the end of the program.
