SAGO PUDDING

Ingredients

  • Sago – 1 multi cup (cook)
  • Milk – 1 L
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Egg (scrambled) – 2 pcs
  • Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
  • Butter – 1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon (or nutmeg)
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

Put sago, milk, salt and sugar in the multicooker bowl. Press the “Menu” button; select the “Milk porridge” program. Let it cook for 5 minutes. Then add the egg, vanilla essence and butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon (or nutmeg) stir it. Close the lid. Let it cook until the end of the program.

After cooking, put in a cup or small bowl 180ml each serving. Put it aside Make it cold. And put in chiller.
