MASHED POTATOES

Ingredients

  • Potato – 3 pcs
  • Milk – 250 ml
  • Butter (or margarine) – 50 g
  • Water – 1 L
  • Salt, pepper – to taste

Cut potatoes into small cubes and place in the multicooker bowl. Fill the bowl with water to the 1L mark. Press the “Menu” button; select the “Milk porridge” program. Let it cook until the end of the program. Remove potatoes and strain out all the water. Put potatoes in a separate bowl; add milk, butter salt and pepper. Mash until smooth.

Let it cook until the end of the program. Remove potatoes and strain out all the water. Put potatoes in a separate bowl, add milk, butter salt and pepper. Mash until smooth.
