FISH SARCIADO

Ingredients

  • Tilapia fish (medium) – 1 pc
  • Tomatoes (medium) – 6 pcs (diced)
  • Eggs – 2 pcs (beaten)
  • Garlic – 3 cloves (minced)
  • Onion (small) – 1 pc (minced)
  • Water – 1 multi cup
  • Tarragon – ½ tsp
  • Thyme – ½ tsp
  • Black pepper – 1 pinch
  • Spring onions – 1 bunch (chopped)
  • Fish sauce or sea salt – to taste
  • Oil – 1 multi cup

Directions

Put oil into the multicooker bowl. Press the “Menu” button, select the “Fry” program and press the “Start” button. Let the bowl heat for 3 minutes, put in the fish and fry for 7 minutes. Then turn the fish on the other side and continue to fry for 5-7 minutes. Press the “Cancel” button. Put the fish on paper towel to remove extra oil.

Clean the multicooker bowl. Pour 15 ml oil into the multicooker bowl. Select the “Fry” program and press the “Start” button.  Let the bowl heat for 3 minutes, sauté onion and garlic. Add tomatoes and continue to stir-fry until tomatoes are soft (approximately 5 minutes). Add water, tarragon, thyme and fish sauce/sea salt (according to your taste). Once water starts boiling, add fish, simmer for 5 minutes, then remove the fish and place it on plate.

Back to the multicooker bowl: add the beaten eggs, mix and continue cooking for 2 minutes. Season with freshly ground black pepper and garnish with spring onions.

Let the bowl heat for 3-5 minutes, put the fish and fry for 5-7 minutes, then turn the fish on other side and continue frying for 5-7 minutes. Press “Cancel” button. Put the fish on paper towel to remove extra oil.

Add tomatoes and continue to stir-fry until tomatoes are soft (approximately 5-8 minutes). Add water, tarragon, thyme and fish sauce/sea salt (according to your taste). Once water starts boiling, add fish, simmer for 5 minutes, then remove the fish and place it on plate.

Let the bowl heat for 3 minutes, put the fish and fry for 7 minutes, then turn the fish on other side and continue frying until the end of the program. When finish frying press and hold “Cancel” button. Put the fish on paper towel to remove extra oil.

Clean the multicooker bowl, then put oil (15ml) in the multicooker bowl, select the “Fry” program. By pressing the “Product” button go to the “Vegetables” section. Press and hold “Start” button. Let the bowl heat for 3 minutes, sauté onion and garlic. Add tomatoes and continue to stir-fry until tomatoes are soft (approximately 5 minutes). Add water, tarragon, thyme and fish sauce/sea salt (according to your taste). Once water starts boiling, add fish, simmer for 5 minutes, then remove the fish and place it on a plate.
