STUFFED CHICKEN

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Water – 250 ml
  • Chicken stock – 1 cube
  • Chicken breast – 3 pcs

Stuffing – to your taste

  • Spinach and feta
  • Mushroom, onion and peppers
  • Feta and olives
  • Pepper dew, feta, and mozzarella

Directions

Take chicken breasts. Using a sharp knife make a pocket on top of each breast.

Stuff with your choice of filling and use toothpicks to close the hole in each chicken breast.

Press the “Menu” button and select the “Fry” program. Pour oil into the MC- bowl. Wait for 5 minutes, the oil must be hot.  Then, place the stuffed breasts in the bowl and cook for 5 minutes. Turnover and cook the other side for another 5 minutes. Chicken breasts must have a golden brown colour. After that, clean and dry the bowl.

Select the “Stew/Braise” program. And set the cooking time to 30 minutes. By pressing “Time” button and adjust the “Minutes” Place chicken breasts with the stock into the M-C bowl.  Close the lid. Let it cook until the end of the program. Remove toothpicks before serving.

Take chicken breasts. Using a sharp knife make a pocket on top of each breast.

Stuff with your choice of filling (+/- 3 tbsp.) and using toothpicks close the hole in each chicken breast.

Press the “Menu” button and select the “Fry” program. Pour 10 ml of oil into the multicooker bowl. Wait for 5 minutes, the oil must be hot.  Then, place the stuffed breasts in the bowl and cook for 5 minutes. Turn over and cook the other side for another 5 minutes. Chicken breasts must have a golden brown colour. After that, clean and dry the bowl.

Select the “Multi cooker” program. Place chicken breasts with the stock into the multicooker bowl.  Close the lid. Set the cooking time to 30 minutes. Let it cook until the end of the program. Remove toothpicks before serving.

Press the “Menu” button and select the “Fry” program. By pressing the “Product” button go to the “Poultry “section. Pour oil into the multicooker bowl. Wait for 5 minutes, the oil must be hot.  Then, place the stuffed breasts into the bowl and cook for 5 minutes. Turn over and cook the other side for another 5 minutes. Chicken breasts must have a golden brown colour. After that, clean and dry the bowl.

Select the “PRO” program. Place chicken breasts with the stock into the multicooker bowl.  Close the lid. Let it cook until the end of the program. Remove toothpicks before serving.
