STUFFED ZUCCHINI

Ingredients

  • Minced meat* (lamb) – 300 g
  • Zucchinis – 4-5 pcs
  • Tomato – 1-2 pcs
  • Rice – 1-2 multi cups
  • Butter – 50 g
  • Salt – to taste
  • Black pepper – ½ tsp
  • Cumin – 1 tsp
  • Garlic – 2-3 cloves (finely chopped)
  • Chicken stock – 1 tsp
  • Water – 500 ml

Hollow baby zucchinis and then wash well, drain and set them aside.

In a separate bowl, combine and mix rice, minced meat, tomato, butter, water, salt and spices and keep in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Stuff baby zucchini with this mixture and keep 1cm empty from the top and set aside.

Pour water into the multicooker bowl add salt, attach steam container to the bowl. Press the “Menu” button, select the “Steam” program and press the “Start” button. Place stuffed zucchinis inside the steam container. Simmer for 1 hour or until baby zucchinis are well cooked. Add lemon juice and remove from multicooker. Press the “Cancel” button.
