Prepare the multicooker bowl. Press the “Menu” button, select the “Soup” program and press the “Start” button. Put oil and garlic, sauté garlic until brown (approximately 5 minutes). Combine water, onion, chicken stock, lentils, potato, carrots, cumin, cayenne and salt. Let it boil and cook for 30 minutes, stir, cook 25 minutes more with the lid closed. Transfer soup to another bowl and blend it. Add cilantro and lemon juice before serving.
