BANANA NUT CAKE

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour – 500 g
  • Banana – 3 pcs
  • Egg – 3 pcs
  • Butter – 150 g
  • Walnuts – 100 g
  • Sugar – 200 g
  • Baking powder  – 200 g

Beat together eggs with sugar. Melt the butter. While stirring the egg mixture, add melted butter, flour and baking powder. Put walnuts and bananas through the mincing machine (grinder) and pour the resulting mixture into the batter and mix until smooth. Grease the multicooker bowl with butter, pour the batter in the multicooker bowl and level the top with a spoon. Close the lid. Press the “Menu” button and select the “Bake” program and set the cooking time to 45 minutes and let it cook until the end of the program.
