GEM SQUASH

Ingredients

  • Gem squash – 3 pcs
  • Sweet corn – 410 g
  • Cheddar cheese –120 g
  • Butter (or margarine)  – 3 tsp
  • Sugar  – 6 tsp

Cut the gems in half and remove the pips. Rinse and place into the steam basket. Fill the MC- bowl with water to the 1 L mark. Press the “Menu” button, select the “Steam” program and set the cooking time to 35 minutes. By pressing “Time” button and adjust the “Minutes”. Let it cook until the end of the program. Remove the gems and put ½ teaspoon of margarine, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of sweet corn into each half. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
