LEMON CORIANDER SOUP

Ingredients

  • Chinese cabbage – 50 g
  • Prawns – 5-6 pcs per serving
  • Carrots – 25 g
  • Spinach – 20 g
  • Mushroom – 25 g
  • Fresh coriander – 15 g
  • Salt – to taste
  • White pepper – 5 g
  • Lemon – 40 g
  • Water – 5-8 multi cups

Directions

Prepare the multicooker bowl. Press the “Menu” button, select the “Soup” program and press the “Start” button. Prepare coriander soup with fresh coriander and water. Boil it for 20-30 minutes. Remove coriander from water and add cleaned de-veined prawns, cut them into dices and cook for 10 minutes. Add vegetables to soup. Cook it for 15-20 minutes. Then add salt, lemon juice and white pepper. Press the “Cancel” button. Serve hot.

Press “Cancel” button. Serve hot.

Then add salt, lemon juice and white pepper. Press and hold “Cancel” button. Serve hot.
