TOFU WITH FRESH MUSHROOMS

Ingredients

  • Tofu – 1 packet (cut into cubes)
  • Fresh mushroom – 1 packet (cut into wedges)
  • Red onion (big) – 1 pc (cut into 8 wedges)
  • Salt – to taste
  • Chili flakes – 1 tsp
  • Garlic – 2-3 cloves (finely chopped)
  • Oyster sauce – 2-3 tbsp
  • Oil – 500 ml
  • Spring onion – 1 bunch (chopped)

Directions

Pour oil into the multicooker bowl. Press the “Menu” button, select the “Fry” program and press the “Start” button. Let the bowl heat for 3 minutes and put in the fresh tofu, fry it till golden brown. After frying tofu put it aside on paper towel to absorb the oil.

Remove the oil from multicooker bowl, keeping little oil for stewing. Press the “Menu” button,  select the “Stew” program and press the “Start” button. Let the bowl heat for 3 minutes, put in garlic, onion, mushroom, salt and chili flakes. Then add the tofu to the multicooker bowl, and stir to evenly put oyster sauce. Close the lid, cook for 6-10 minutes, stirring often. Garnish with spring onions.

Put oil in the multicooker bowl, press “Menu” button and select the “Fry” program. Press “Start” button. Let the bowl heat for 3-5 minutes and put the fresh tofu, fry it till golden brown. After frying tofu put it aside on paper towel to absorb the oil.

Remove the oil from multicooker bowl, keeping little oil for stewing. Press “Menu” to select the “Multicooker” program. Adjust the cooking temperature to 130°C and cooking time to 25 minutes. Press “Start” button. Let the bowl heat for 3-5 minutes, put garlic, onion, mushroom, salt and chili flakes, sauté for 5 minutes, then add tofu and oyster sauce, stir well.

Close the lid, cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring often. Garnish with spring onions.

Put oil in the multicooker bowl, select the “Fry” program. By pressing the “Product” button go to the “Vegetables” section. Press and hold “Start” button. Let the bowl heat for 3 minutes and put the fresh tofu, fry it until the end of program. After frying tofu, put it aside on paper towel to absorb the oil.

Put oil in the multicooker bowl, select the “Stew” program. By pressing the “Product” button go to the “Vegetables” section. Press and hold “Start” button. Let the bowl heat for 3 minutes, put garlic, onion, mushroom, salt and chili flakes, sauté for 5 minutes, then add tofu and oyster sauce, stir well. Close the lid, cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring often. Press and hold “Cancel” button. Garnish with spring onions.
