MURGH MAKKAI SHORBA

Ingredients

  • Chicken stock – 1 pc
  • Corn – 150 g
  • Garlic – 25 g
  • Fresh coriander – 25 g
  • Cumin seeds – 15 g
  • Salt – to taste
  • Turmeric – 5 g
  • Oil – 30 g
  • Chicken breast – 30 g
  • Water – 5-8 multi cups
  • Oil – 30 ml

Directions

Prepare the multicooker bowl. Press the “Menu” button, select the “Soup” program and press the “Start” button. Pour in oil, let the bowl heat for 3-5 minutes, add garlic and cumin seeds. Cook for 3-5 minutes, then add water, chicken, corn, turmeric, salt, and chicken stock. Stir well, simmer for 30-40 minutes or until chicken is tender. Stop the multicooker by pressing the “Cancel” button.

Prepare the multicooker bowl, press “Menu” button and select the “Soup” program. Press “Start”. Put oil, let the bowl heat for 3 minutes, add garlic and cumin seeds. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then add water, chicken, corn, turmeric, salt, and chicken stock. Stir well, simmer for 35 minutes or until chicken is tender. Stop the multicooker by pressing the “Cancel” button.

Cook for 2 minutes, then add water, chicken, corn, turmeric, salt and chicken stock. Stir well, simmer for 35 minutes or until chicken is tender. Press andhold “Cancel” button to stop the multicooker.
