SPAGETTI & MEATBALLS

Ingredients

  • Onion (chopped) – 100 g
  • Egg – 2 pcs
  • Beef mince – 500 g
  • Flour – 2 tbsp
  • Breadcrumbs – 2 tbsp
  • Spaghetti – 500 g
  • Bolognaise sauce – 2 cans or 1 bottle
  • Parmesan cheese – as you like
  • Salt, pepper – to taste

MEATBALLS

In a bowl mix the onion, beef mince, eggs, flour and breadcrumbs, season to taste. Make 80 g meatballs.

Pour 2 L of vegetable oil into the MultiCooker bowl. Press the “Menu” button, select the “Fry” program and set the cooking time to 10 minutes. Let it cook until the end of the program.

PASTA
Pour water into the MultiCooker bowl. Press the “Menu” button, select the “Pasta” program and set the cooking time to 10 minutes. Let it cook until the end of the program. Remove pasta and put into the strainer.

Meatballs must be a golden brown colour. Sprinkle with parmesan before serving.
