SPAGHETTI WITH YOGURT AND MEAT

Ingredients

  • Minced meat* – 300 g
  • Spaghetti pasta – 500 g
  • Yogurt – 2-3 multi cups
  • Onion (big) – 1 pc
  • Cumin – 1 tsp
  • Black pepper – ½ tsp
  • Chicken stock powder – 1 tsp
  • Water – 6-8 multi cups
  • Butter – 50 g
  • Parsley – 1 bunch (finely chopped)
  • Pine nuts – 2-3 tbsp
  • Oil – 15 ml
  • Salt – to taste
  • Garlic – to taste (optional)

Pasta preparation: put pasta in the multicooker bowl, pour in water and oil. Press the “Menu” button, select the “Pasta” program and press the “Start” button. Cook for 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse pasta in cold water. Press the “Cancel” button.

Pour oil into the multicooker bowl. Press the “Menu” button, select the “Stew” program and press the “Start” button. Let the bowl heat for 3 minutes. Put in and sauté minced meat and onions until onions are soft (approximately 7 minutes).

Add cumin and black pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Add chicken stock, water and simmer for another 5 minutes until most of the stock has been absorbed. Add and melt butter. Press the “Cancel” button to switch off the multicooker.

Mix yogurt with garlic, pour the mixture over the spaghetti. Cover this with cooked minced meat and garnish with chopped parsley.

*In the recipe you may use any type of meat, which fits your likes or diet. According to preferred meat type adjust the cooking time.
